Q: patient has reoccurence for breast cancer mets to spine but needs hip replacement. Which should be performed first?

patient diagnosed 5 years ago with breast cancer and treated surgically and with chemo. now has mets to L-S spine but has need for hip replacementbecause of degenerative changes. What is recommended order of treatment.
