I've had purplish rash on my breast for 7 months that won't go away with antibiotics now with lump 2

My rash with scab appeared 7 months ago it was purple and red. Then a month ago a lump appeared close to it. I've actually had two rounds of anitbiotics, have tried creams and changing everything that is near my breast skin (detergents and etc.) nothing has changed it. What could this be?
