with Perniscious Anemia, would chemo &/or radiation spread or cause more damage to my body w.cancer

I have perniscious anemia since '64, now finding I have had two L. Breast biopsy's one benign and one "they got it all"- am wondering if after the soon to be,lymph biopsy, would the chemo or radiation following do more damage to my body with the anemia?
