Q: Life with Cancer

As an african with breast cancer, are there foods i should avoid and are there some I should take more off. I have read cancer does not like sugar and I have planned to take sugar of my diet completely. What other suggestions can you provide please

I think the best breast cancer diet is simply the best healthy diet - lower fat, lower calorie, fresh fruits and vegetables, fiber, less refined foods (including sugar)... but I wouldn't cut anything out entirely, except alcohol. Also, double check your diet plans with your oncologist, if you're still undergoing active treatment. Hope this helps - PJH

Hi, My husband has the same moving pain symptoms as you.  It also is at it's worse when on the right side of his chest.  He has matastic bladder cancer.  May I ask what you found out about this if anything?

Hi - Sorry, this is a breast cancer site, and we don't know about bladder cancer... I also can't see what you're referring to, "moving pains" - ? Whatever the issue, you'll probably get the best help from his oncologist, OK? God luck - PJH
