If one of the lumps in the breast breaks, and it bruises the whole breast could that be cancerous

My sister in law will not go to the doctor because of religious beliefs. She has quite a few large lumps in her breast. Her nipple area is also discolored to a light color and they have been there since Christmas of last year. Her grandson kicked one of the lumps by accident and it caused her…
