It is painful, purple, swollen, hot, peeling, and it is under my right breast. Now I have the same symptoms that is showing up on the top of the right breast

Q: I found what started out as a small purple spot under my right breast, it enlarged into a hard red, painful, and very hot infection. It peeled and is still there, now a new one has come on the right.

While this doesn't sound like a typical breast cancer symptom, it does sound like an active infecton. I'd suggest you call the doctor tomorrow, describe your symptoms, and see what s/he says. If it seems to be worsening (more spots showing up), then either ask to see the doctor immediatley, or go to a walk-in clinic or the emergency room. You don't want this to get too much of a head start before getting treatment going. Good luck - PJH
