The drainage tube from the surgery is causing an allergic reaction in my skin.  How long does the drainage tube need to be in before they can remove it?  Also, how long should i wear the ace bandage?

Sounds like something you should mention to your surgeon's nurse, Sharla. Perhaps she can give you something for the allergic reaction. The drains will stay in till the drainage dwindles to a certain amount of liquid per day. Some women get them out in a week, some it takes several weeks. As for the bandage - ask your nurse. Good luck - PJH
