dear pj thanks for the response. another question, please, if aromasin doesnt bring CEA down, is tamoxifen the next choice, or what in your opinion would be the next drug of choice?Is very tired feeling a drug side effect from the medications, or is it just the disease itself? Thanks again diana

Hi Diana - Aromatase inhibitors are the best choice; tamoxifen isn't as effective. However, not to say you couldn't take tamoxifen if the AI side effects are too troublesome. And fatigue is a side effect of EVERYTHING - your body is going through the wringer. Try to exercise, eat healthy, and be good to yourself. Time heals, it really does. You'll get past all of this, and be a stronger woman for it. Good luck - PJH
