Hi Yasmeen - the first thing you can do is stop squeezing your breasts; this promotes discharge. Nipple discharge can be normal; or a symptom of a number of different things, though rarely cancer, especially since you've been experiencing it in both breasts. Please read our post on nipple discharge for more information. If, after you stop squeezing it for awhile, the nipple discharge is still increasing, best to see a doctor and find out what's causing it, OK? Good luck - PJH

Yasmeen,

About 20 years ago I had the same symptoms as you. It was not cancer. It was quite a long time ago so I do not remember how long it lasted but I do not think that it lasted more than a few months. My breasts have never been the same size and I have 2 neices that are not either. If it worries you too much then do go to the doctor but I think he will tell you what I am telling you.
