What do the blood tests CEA,CA125 and CA127 indicate?
Hi - Without getting into too much chemistry or biology, I believe these are all blood marker tests for breast cancer. A "marker" is like a shadow - it's a sign that cancer MIGHT be lurking. But, just as a shadow that's cast by a tree can sometimes look like a shadow cast by a man, so can markers indicating something else sometimes look like cancer markers. So they're tests that inherently can involve some false positives... I'd ask your doctor more about these tests and how they relate to your specific cancer (if it's your cancer you're asking about). Good luck - PJH
