Q: small little bumps on one nipple, no pain, itchiness.

Unfortunately this isn't a lot of information, so it's hard to say what they actually are.  If you are concerned about them ask your dr on your next visit, or schedule one now.

 

Little bumps can be anything, or nothing at all.  I recall when I had nipples I often had little bumps (almost like a small pimple) - I would also get a discharge from them when I was pregnant.  So really it can be anything!
