tanned and now my left breast is itching and is a little red. I think It may be from the tanning I may have over done it on one side but how long should the itching last it has been 3 days should I be worried. it is little red no raised bumps or anything but itches and feels hot.

It seems likely that this is a reaction to tanning. When I get a sunburn, it usually lasts longer than three days, so I don't think you need to worry yet. Do preparations for sunburn like aloe vera help?
If the redness lasts longer than a typical sunburn, checking with the doctor would be a good idea. This article explains some typical kinds of rashes that are common in the breast area. Cancer is the least likely cause of breast redness, but it is one possible cause.
