I have been having pain and warming sensation on left breast that goes to the back of my shoulder

I have been having breast pain on my left breast on and off for 4 years. I have had several breast exams they feel nothing. There is a certain area on breast that is very sensitive to touch and my breast also feels very warm inside. I also get pain under my armpit that travels to my should...
