Hi - It's good to be diligent about odd sensations or changes in your breast, especially with your family history. But please try not to be scared. You've had a mammogram, whcih is the best way we have to protect ourselves. And burning/pain for 4 years isn't a breast cancer symptom, or at least no symptom I've ever seen listed anywhere. So it's probably a nerve issue of some kind, or maybe something hormonal - does it seem to come and go with your period? Anyway, good luck with the mammogram results, and stay connected here, OK?
