Q: if you have breast cancer do you loose your appetite

Not necessarily, Cynthia. Breast cancer itself doesn't seem to make you lose your appetite. Some women lose their aappetite during chemo, due to nausea or mouth sores or an inability to taste (or metallic taste); others report feeling hungrier than ever! So it varies a lot. PJH
