Just Diagnosed with Cancer? Chat with Experts

Q: Should I be concerned about this?

My nipples has became very itchy in the past month but I did not scratch them because I had a fear that it would make them worse. They become very tender sometimes. After awhile of being itchy, the left nipple had became dry whilst the right one went back to "normal". I started to put on Vaseline Hypoallergenic lotion, unscented hoping that they would become alright again. But since my left one extremely hurt to touch I stopped puttin on the lotion (only put on lotion for 2 days before I stopped). So I just left them as is. Now they both bleed constantly (only in very very small amounts, you can barely even see the blood but I know it still is bleeding) and they left stains on my bra's. The skin on both of them have became raw so I covered them with bandaids to prevent nipples from touching my bra's. When I was changing my bandaid today I noticed on my left nipple there was red dots/spots on my nipple. There is a numerous amount which scares me. They are seeping out tiny bits of blood fluids.

I have not changed bra's recently (like buying new ones or w/e) and I am not pregnant nor have I breastfed...Since I was searching about possible answers it came up with pregnancy/breastfeeding which is not me.

I am 18 years old. I'm worried about this but I do not know if I should be more concerned about it and consult a doctor. I don't know where to find answers about this either.

I don't know what's causing your nipples to bleed.  It could be some kind of allergy or fungal infection.  Since this is a change that has been getting steadily worse for a month, it's time to call a doctor.  It is highly unlikely that it is cancer related, but you need to know the cause and get treated.
