Patricia, let your oncologist know about this pain if it has lasted longer than a week or two and if you can't think of any injury or muscle strain that could be causing it.  Most of the time aches and pains we get after cancer treatment turn out to have a non-cancer cause, but ruling out a spread of your breast cancer to your bones needs to be done.  I hope this turns out to be some minor problem, but it will weigh on your mind until you know for sure, so give the doctor a call.
