White mass/ lump inside inverted nipple

I have an inverted nipple... I check it often and have found, that there is a WHITE mass inside there now... not too large but it's there... you'd think if you squeezed it , it would puss but nothing. My nipple is also itchy... I have VERY cystic breasts regardless. Does this sound normal?…
