I found a small, pea-sized lump right at the edge of my left breast on the inside by the breastbone.

Last night, I found a small, pea-sized lump on the inside of my left breast right at the edge of the breast by the breastbone. It is very hard, does not move, and is very tender to the touch. The skin on the top is not red, like for an infection. My breast has been kind of sore in that area…
