Q: I have a clear and sometimes milky discharge from my nipple if I squeeze them

Hi Susan: Probably best not to squeeze your nipples! That actually encourages the discharge. Here's a really informative article on nipple discharge; I think you'll find it helpful. As for not poking out anymore, if one (not both) actually inverts itself, that might be cause for concern. But any time both breasts are showing the same symptom, probably nothing to worry about. If your problems worse, or you're stressing about it, though, best to call the doctor and get checked out, OK? Good luck - PJH
