Hi - Probably not. Here's what to watch out for: If the stinging turns into pain, itchiness, soreness; if your breast swells and becomes red; if it looks infected; in other words, if your breast starts to show some outward signs to go along with just plain stinging. If the stinging is related to your period, and seems to come and go, then it's probably hormonal. However, if it starts to develop into something else, best to go see a doctor, OK? Good luck - PJH
