Arlene, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be safe to fly. If you're worried about air pressure issues, they keep the cabin pressurized so it just feels normal. The only thing I'd say is, be careful of your incision and watch for infections around the surgery site, just as you would if you weren't traveling. But if you have ANY doubts at all, call and ask to speak to your oncology nurse - she'll be able to set your mind at ease. Have a safe trip! - PJH
