Q: have a lump in upper part of breast by collar bone for 6 months, should i be concerned?

the lump has gotten bigger to were i can see it and noticed in pictures. looks like my upper part of the breast is swollen. should i see a doctor or is the lump to high to be anything. I was not for sure if even possible for cancer to be up that high or for it to be in the muscle.

Kate, that's kind of the borderline region between breast tisue and regular tissue. It's close enough that you should definitely see a doctor. Any lumps in your breast (or your armpit) should be checked by a doctor. And as I said, this one's location is too close to call. So don't stress, but call for an appointment, OK? Good luck - PJH
