have had lump for 6 months, lymph nodes in chest and neck are all swollen

have had lump for six months, lymph nodes in chest and neck are all swollen. doc says nothing to worry about unless gets bigger. can already be seen by the visible eye. mammo says have extremely dense breasts. what other kind of test should i be looking for? not comfortable just waiting for them to...
