I am finding that I never, ever get a good nights rest and it is taking its toll. I am not sure what is more safe to take for someone like me. Any suggestions??

Unfortunately, hot flashes are very hard to control. Whatever you do, consult with your oncologist first. S/he may have something you can try - many women get  relief from hot flashes by taking antidepressants. Ask your oncologist about this, OK? PJH
