small lump in my breast, can someone help

im 19 years old. I found a small lump just on the inside of my left breast, significantly near the armpit two days ago. Its not at all painful but i have made a doctors appt anyway as its not been there before. I regularly check my breast and i have never had a lump, even whilst...
