I have the exact same symptoms that you are experiencing since I was 45yrs old.  The only thing  that helped me was an iodine supplement Iodoral (between $35-$68).  I bought it onlline from the breastcancerchoices.org   This website also has important information about how iodine deficiencies impact your health.    After taking it about 1 week my symptoms completely dissappeared, I also had more energy.  I continued taking it for about 3 months and stopped.  That was about 7 months ago--so I had a 10 month respite.  After I finished 2 bottles of Iodoral I started taking a multivitamin that contained 100% RDA of Iodine.  Now I am just beginning to have the same extremely painful experience again.  When I finish this post I am going to order more Iodoral.   Check it out, discuss it with your doctor, maybe this will work for you.  It's the only thing that didn't mask the symptoms (pain killer), it actually corrected the problem.  My breasts returned to their regular painless, unfull state.  It was wonderful to be able to lay on my stomach again (or back, or side it all hurt).    Good luck to those of you suffering silently with this undiagnosed but obviously prevalent condition.
