Q: my mom had taxol treatment and now is on carboplatin she is fatigued and vomitting yet its her feet that are bloated and sore maybe neuropathy damaged nerves what medicine can she take
James, we're not doctors here; just well-read breast cancer survivors. We can't prescribe or diagnose. Please ask your mom's oncologist what can be done to make her more comfortable. Hopefully, they'll have some answers once they know what she's going through... Unfortunately, there's no cure for neuropathy. But there's every likelihood the other side effects, especially the vomiting, can be controlled. So call the doctor, OK? PJH
