Hi - By recurring, do you mean recurring over many months, over years... or over a few days or weeks? If you've just recently developed sores on your breast, and they haven't gone away in a couple of weeks, you should see a doctor to have them diagnosed. It may be a simple topical skin infection; or it may be a sign of a deeper infection. It might even be an early symptom of a rare form of breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer - though it's much more likely to be something else. At any rate, if these are NEW sores, get them checked soon.

If this is a chronic problem, have you been to a dermatologist? That might be the person to help you. Good luck - PJH

Actually, my daughter who will be 40 in December has this problem.  About a year ago she told me a mosquito had bitten her on her breast and it was itching and driving her crazy.  I gave her some itch relief cream and she hadn't mentioned this anymore until recently.  She tole me she had this recurring rash on her breast and when it started, etc.  I told her yes, that I remembered it, etc.  I became concerned and today decided to do an internet search on the subject.

Thanks so much for your helpful answer.  I have been telling her she needs to see a doctor and she keeps telling me she will.  Maybe this will be the little push she needs.

Kindest Regards,

Pat
