Clear discharge from left breast ....." mammo and ultrasound results were negative so a ductogram

was done which demonstrated a midly ectatic centrally located , duct leading to an apparent 2 mm , filling defect approximately 2.7 cm from the duct orifice " now what does that mean ? Is my only option ito go have surgery ductectomy ?
