nipple and just above the areola itch so intensly, no other symptom,

my mother died of ovarian cancer and my daughter had non hodgkins lymphoma at the age of 14 so naturally the thought of cancer is in the back of my mind. When they itch bad enough the areola will wrinkle up but only on the top part of the areola. There is no other symptoms no dry skin or flaking.
