Memel, if you think this fever is related to your cysts and breast pain, then you may have a breast infection that needs a doctor's attention.  If there has been no change in your breast symptoms, then the fever may be related to something else entirely and you could watch and follow your usual home care when you have a fever.  If your breast is red or swollen, definitely call the doctor right away.  Another sign that you should call the doctor is a fever that goes up or lasts more than a day or two.  The good news is that neither breast cysts or breast infections are cancer.
