Is the Tamoxifen really going to ix-nay all my chances for kids?

I always maintained I did not want kids, but this was never off the table. When I take the Tamoxifen, is this it? Will it be like menopause? And if so, will they give me HRT? What are the most common side-effects of Tamoxifen?
