Shelly - Please try to relax! Considering this involves both breasts and has been happening on and off for several months, it doesn't sound like IBC. You've had a clear mammogram, and a visit to the doctor, and nothing has been diagnosed. There's not a whole lot more you can do, besides try to de-stress. Have you changed shower gel, laundry detergent, wearing a new bra, anything that might be irritating your skin? Sorry for your discomfort, and I hope you eventually find out what's causing it - but unless the symptoms change/worsen, I don't think this sounds like cancer. PJH
