An unusual pimple stay on my breast for nearly 4 years now.

Its a reddish and small pimple about 5mm size appeared in end 2005. Sometime, if I streched my hand backward, I can feel a bit discomfort. Please tell me what is it.
Is it harmful?

Hi - I'd guess that this pimple, or whatever it is, is normal for you. Any breast change that lasts for four years without changing wouldn't seem to be dangerous. Have you asked your doctor about it, at your annual physical? If not, please have him/her take a look during your next visit. Good luck - PJH
