Hi - This does't sound like a breast cancer symptom, Sharina. Do you feel anything in your breast or armpit, like a lump? If so, you should see a doctor. But if it's just kind of generalized back pain, hopefully it'll fade quickly. If not, you might want to see a doctor anyway, see what's up, OK? Good luck - PJH
Sounds like that fibradenoma is acting up, Sharina. Or maybe you have a cyst that's growing and pressing on a nerve. I always say, "No sense worrying when action can clear things up." Are you going to go to the doctor? That's the only way you'll find out for sure what's causing this, so please don't be afraid; make the call, if this is really stressing you, as it sounds like it is. Good luck - PJH
