Even without insurance, you need to see a doctor about this. It sounds like you might have a large and painful cyst; and, any breast lump that doesn't disappear after 1 month needs to be checked. Call your local hospital, and ask to speak to the social workers. They should be able to tell you about a lower-cost walk-in clinic in your community, or about payment plans for patients without insurance. A doctor's appointment is expensive... but a serious illness or condition, something that's gone on much longer than it should have, is more expensive. So call the hospital tomorrow, OK? Take care- PJH

Have you checked with the doctor who delivered your baby?  That might be a good place to start since that doctor will have all your medical records.  Talk to the doctor's billing office about a payment plan for the office visit.  Most communities also have free or reduced-cost health clinics where you can get help.  Only a doctor can diagnose this problem, so please do not delay getting treatment.
