I'm so sorry for your troubles. Every day your aunt refuses to see a doctor, she's getting sicker and sicker; there's a good chance this disease will take her life. Does she understand that by not seeing a doctor, she's endangering her life? A cancer that might not have been severe to begin with is surely getting more and more severe with each week that passes without treatment. I would urge you to continue to try to get her to see a doctor. But in the end, it's her life - and she can make the choice to lose it, because it's her right to do so, painful as that is.
