Hi Alice: Although itching isn't a symptom of ductal carcinoma, you might still want to get it checked out. Itching deep inside your breast can be an early sign of inflammatory breast cancer, which is very rare, but a possibility. So, just to set your mind at rest, you might want to make an appointment with your doctor. Good luck- PJH
