DJ, it's up to you and your oncologist. S/he'll probably be tracking you closely, and will discuss with you the need/possibility for more chemo, based on your continuing exams and bloodwork. You may also be eligible to participate in a clinical trial - there are numerous ones going on around triple negative breast cancer. Please ask your doctor about that possibility, OK? - PJH
