Hi Maura - After a woman goes through breast cancer treatment, she's liable to be much more emotional than usual. After all, you're dealing with a life-threatening illness, your world has been turned upside-down, you're dealing with treatment side effects... it's a tough time. It's not unusual to feel very emotional at some point along the way. Heightened emotion isn't a known side effect of Arimidex, but it affects all of us differently. Whatever is causing you to cry all the time, I think it would be best for you to get a referral to a therapist, or someone who can figure out what the issue is: emotional, or chemical. Good luck- PJH
