Michele, that's super news! I'm SO glad you advocated for yourself and have gotten some pain relief. Hopefully you continue down this good path. I think your surgeon would be the one to tell you wnat a medium C cup would be as far as cc's go; apparently it's somewhat dependent on your body type. From my research, it looks like a 36C would be about 400cc... but do check with your doctor, OK? Take care - PJH
