The skin on the breast is delicate and easily irritated.  If the bleeding continues, you will want to check with a doctor.  You might have some sort of eczema that would improve with the right cream.  A mole that bleeds can be a skin cancer symptom and wounds that do not heal can be related to diabetes, so do check with your doctor the bleeding continues.  Usually cuts heal within a week or two, so if the problem clears up in that amount of time, don't worry about it.  What you describe does not sound like breast cancer.
