Q: Can tylenol pm inhibit the effectiveness of tamoxifen? I read that benadryl is an inhibitor.

Hi - It's just recently come to light that some antidepressants can inhibit tamoxifen's effectiveness, as well as some antihistamines - including benadryl. For more information, read our post on the tamoxifen/antidepressant interaction, and then realize that it applies to benadryl, as well. PJH
