Hi Clyde: Tamoxifen definitely doesn't cause ED. It might seem to affect sex drive in the sense that if a woman has gone into menopause as a result of breast cancer treatment, she'll definitely have a different level of estrogen in her blood, and that lowers sex drive, as well as possibly increasing vaginal dryness (a sometimes side effect of tamoxifen), which makes sex uncomfortable. So there are a number of issues surrounding tamoxifen which may affect sex drive, even if it's not the tamoxifen itself. Hope this helps - PJH
