Clyde, sorry about my previous answer to this - I misiinterpreted your question. Unfortunately, the answer is yes: decreased sex drive is the #1 side effect of tamoxifen for the men taking it. It happens in about 30% of the men taking it. Formore information  about MBC (male breast cancer), please read my sharepost. And good luck - sorry you have to be going through this. PJH
