I would follow up with a PS just to get it looked at, though it is nearly impossible to bust an implant - and even if you had I don't think you'f have a lump near the site.  It's possible that the lump you just discovered could be something cause from lack of circulation to the tissue around that area...kinda like hardened dying tissue.  Also I know that you can get these harden cyst like things that form around your implants, as this was something I was warned about when I went through radiation after my cancer had returned.  Sometimes tissue can harden for no known reason.  Your PS should be able to diagnose what the problem is fairly easy or use a ultrasound machine to determine what the lump is (whether it is solid or fluid filled).  Ultimately your plastic surgeon is the best bet to figure out what this thing is.
