Should I go on antibiotics now? I got a bite and scratch from a cat on my arm with hx. lymphedema.

Should I go on antibiotics immediately as I have been bitten and scratched by a cat on my arm that has had lymphedema, On my last blood count 2 months ago my white cells were still slightly low, post chemo and radiation completion sept 1st 2009.
