Q: I have a very sharp pain for days now in my right breast the pain moved under my arm pit last night

also now their are two very tiny bump like things around the nipple and it is painful to touch.I have a thicking that started last year above the right breast but the Dr's said that i am to young (34) to worry about should i be worred .I have a 2 year old so could this be a clogged milk duct although i dont breast feed.

Portia, although pain isn't usually a symptom of breast cancer (except for inflammatory breast cancer, which makes your breast feel hot, swollen, and painful), you should get these various lumps and thickenings checked out. Go to another doctor if you have to; you're NEVER too young to get breast cancer, so any doctor who uses that as an excuse not to take your concerns seriously is probably not a doctor you should rely on.
