Hi - While I don't think we could say 100% of women experience cysts, lumps, cancer, or discharge, all women see their breasts change as they go from girlhood to puberty to young adulthood to old age. Hormones (or their lack, as you get older) have a lot to do with these changes. Genetics may determine others. The important thing is to know what your breasts normally feel like, then notice and track any changes. Any change that persists longer than a month should be reported to your doctor; report changes sooner if they seem serious (e.g., you think you have an infection, you feel a sudden lump, etc.).
